After seeing my Ring Arthur post yesterday, one of my boos (@FelaKemdi) pointed out these architecturally inspired rings made by French accessories master, Philippe Tournaire. They’re actual mini-models of some of the world’s largest cities, including Moscow, New York, and Paris. There’s even a model of a Chinese Pagoda.
The rings are made of a variety of materials including gold, amethyst and brass.
Adding this to my wishlist. I’m actually afraid to use Google’s currency converter to figure out what the prices listed are in American dollars. It might just break my …

Adorable and unique jewelry can brighten a dreary day, even one as ugly as this one. Last night, I was perusing one of my favorite shopping sites, ModCloth, and I came across a ring they’d dubbed the “Ring Arthur”.
The ring, which is made by an accessories company out of California called Monserat De Lucca, is made of polished brass and looks like a knight’s helmet. The ventail (that grill-looking piece that sits over the mouth) even moves!
Scroll down for a better look.
It’s available over at ModCloth for about $60. I’m …

The good thing about writing this blog is that I’ve gotten exposed to all kinds of new people, blogs and fashion lines. The bad thing about this blog is that it has agitated my long-dead shopping addiction. I now have to force myself not to buy half of the things I post about.
Exhibit A – Miss Wax Jewelry. I’ve been a fan of their stuff since I posted their collaboration with Hellz Bellz last Fall, and now that I’ve seen their Spring 2010 look book, I’m even more in love.
Their …

25 Magazine, my home away from home, just posted an interview with Annie Balsuto, designer of Cubannie Links, a ridiculously cute jewelry line that has been turning heads since it launched a few years ago.
Her stuff is fun, stylish and affordable. I did a double-take when I saw those wallet-friendly prices. And despite the fact that her line hasn’t even hit its three year mark, Cubannie Links is snatching up quite a bit of attention.
When asked about her love for jewelry, Balsuto replied,
“I’ve always loved jewelry and always owned tons …

I don’t know if I’m excited because Coach’s collaboration with actress, Michelle Trachtenburg is the hotness, or if I’m excited because I love Michelle Trachtenburg.
She will forever hold a special place in my heart for playing Harriet the Spy in the Nickelodeon classic. (I watched that VHS so often, I probably burned a hole through the tape.) And now, her first jewelry collection, which is scheduled to release in Spring 2010, has got me all jittery.
Coach’s Poppy line is an adorable blend of edgy and feminine that will look perfect with …

My favorite holiday is just around the corner, and I realized that although I’ve begun putting up my tree, wrapping presents, and have almost completed my shopping, I have yet to make an actual Christmas list.
And although this blogging thing is a lot of fun, it also doesn’t help my compulsive shopping habit. This way, ya’ll can get me what I want. Tee hee.
1. Miss Wax x Hellz Bellz Ring
This limited edition, two-finger ring is a collaboration by Miss Wax Jewelry and Hellz Bellz. Priced at $110, it’s brass with …

Every girl knows that a few strategically-accessorized items can fool gullible onlookers into believing that you’re fly. I’m the queen of turning the v-neck+skinny jeans+random jewelry combo into something presentable.
The stuff at Miss Wax can definitely serve that purpose. It’s fun, in-your-face and full of personality. Loving the knuckle ring.
Take a look. Enjoy. Comment.
All available at Miss Wax.

Love it when clothing lines keep their blogs updated! Makes this online-window-shopping torture so much easier.
Anyway, Hellz Bellz recently collaborated with Miss Wax, a three-year-old line of ridiculously cute accessories, on a set of earrings and a ring.
Pictures of the jewelry taken by photographer, Quang Lee, below.
Cute, real cute.

The designer known for having a penchant for fun, bright and detailed designs has some new handbags worth looking over. The picture on the thumb is of Betsey Johnson’s Liquid Leopard Large Satchel, which also comes in zebra print.
Following another fall trend, Betsey Johnson is releasing the Pretty in Plaid Barrel. It has studding around the front pocket and side flaps of the bag, with a very cute, studded lighting bolt hanging beside the well-known, metallic plate that reads “Betseyville” in bubbly cursive. The Pretty in Plaid Barrel comes in …
