This ish right here is too DC for me to not write a post about it.
Every Washingtonian male’s favorite brand of shoes, New Balance, is joining up again with Hectic and Mita Sneakers to create a variation on NB’s classic runner 580 sneakers. The shoes are navy, light blue and cream with similar colors speckled on the mid-sole, and an adorable (sorry, there’s no other way for me to describe it) little, red flag that reads “Go Hectic” attached to the laces.
The shoes will come out September 12th.
Go get some.

After successfully incorporating women’s sneakers into their brand, Creative Recreation is taking a big step. They have decided to debut an entire collection of….sandals.

I have even accepted the fact that I cannot spend 3 minutes in a store without seeing at least 20 articles of plaid clothing.
Although I have accepted these things, I cannot and will not …

One of the first labels to dedicate itself to making streetwear specifically for the ladies, Married to the MOB is continuing to deliver. The New York-based clothing line has decided to make former Super Sweet Sixteen-er, Teyana Taylor the poster child for their designs this fall. Ever-trendy and with attitude to spare, Taylor seems to be a perfect fit to represent the label, and the clothes look great on her.
The new collection is still full of the same strong attitude and bright colors as before, but it also includes the …
