After the Meeting, but Before the Show…

001Ever noticed the way that people get fly just to watch a fashion show? It’s a dangerous game. If you actually look good, then cool. A hand clap and two cookies for you. However, if you show up to an event looking a hot mess, but everyone knows that you think that you look good…well, then we all feel compelled to enjoy a few mean-spirited jokes at your expense.

And when I say a few, I mean about 43– give or take a few.

Anyways, my 25 Mag family (www.25mag.com!) was kind enough to pose for an impromptu photo shoot while we were in that post-meeting/pre-Howard University-homecoming-fashion-show phase.

Being the adorable individuals that they are, they actually accomplished their goal of getting all dolled up to watch our classmates make something good come out of all those Saturday afternoons they spent watching America’s Next Top Model on Oxygen.

And since I invested three months worth of grocery money  into this camera, I simply could not be around all this cuteness without snapping a few pictures!

The show was great, even better than last year’s…I was very impressed.

Check out the pictures of the actual show over at 25 Magazine…they’re by yours truly!
